One cell per trencher. Every mint switches one on. Each light is a real trencher, revealed the moment it's minted — hover any lit cell to see who's under it. Yours glow cyan, exactly where you left them.

Your light is on.
A trencher is a bust, twenty-four pixels a side, lit by a screen that sits just outside the frame. Every one of the ten thousand is built from the same ten slots — the room, the light, the skin, and what they wear, hold and smoke at four in the morning.
Nothing is sealed. The art is final the moment your light comes on — every trencher renders straight from its token, the same pixels every time.
Ten one-of-ones sit somewhere in the ten thousand. Each was drawn by hand rather than by the odds, and each keeps its number dark until the mint that lights it.

There is no sealed phase and no reveal day. The block lands, the cell lights, and the trencher underneath is final — art and traits locked to your token, for good.
